Laboratoria, a leading social enterprise in Latin America, sought to expand its impact by launching a new career development platform, Laboratoria+. This platform aimed to provide women with enhanced access to career resources, training, and mentorship. The challenge was to develop a robust, user-friendly platform fast and cost-effectively, without the need for a large in-house engineering team. They needed a solution that could handle complex functionalities and scale efficiently.

Laboratoria turned to Kreante, the region’s first NoCode agency, to co-develop the Laboratoria+ platform using Bubble. Kreante leveraged Bubble’s powerful NoCode capabilities to build a custom solution that included online courses, an events page, a career toolkit, a community page, and a platform for booking one-on-one mentoring sessions. The development process was streamlined through Bubble's visual editors, which allowed us to rapidly design pages and create complex application logic without writing code.

In just 2 months, the team successfully launched the Laboratoria+ platform, demonstrating the efficiency and effectiveness of no-code tools in building high-quality digital products. The platform’s seamless and user-friendly interface has enabled thousands of women to access valuable career development resources, contributing significantly to Laboratoria's mission. The rapid development cycle and cost-effective approach provided by Kreante allowed Laboratoria to focus on its core mission of empowering women in the digital economy.
